Ursae Wellness Consultations

During a Wellness Consultation with Ursae we dig into your individual health concerns and needs. This is time for us to connect and where I can learn about you to create a customized plan that will bring healing into your daily routine.

The initial consultation package consists of 2 sessions.

Session 1: The first session is a simple chat to discover your wellness goals and concerns.

Session 2: The second appointment is to discuss recommendations, and suggestions in depth. We will go over recommendations for tea, tincture, nutrition, and other formulations and practices customized to your personal wellness journey. This session may include some breath work, guided meditation, and other practices that can be repeated on your own.
